Impact of colors

The product shape determines the availability of colors. The creation of interlocking concrete pavers involves natural raw materials, which inherently vary in form. As a result, slight shade variations may occur between samples and the finished product. External factors, such as photography, monitor displays, and printing processes, can also influence these variations.

Therefore, the uniqueness of each piece and its nuances only add beauty and authenticity to your project.

Bringing your dreams to life

Are you in search of a charming rustic atmosphere or a timeless contemporary style?
Regardless of your choice, we are committed to bringing your dream to life! Our pavements surpass other materials in durability, offering resistance to traffic and salt, thanks to their installation with utmost excellence.

Installation

1- Excavation

To begin the process, the first step involves eliminating pre-existing surface materials like concrete, asphalt, among others. Following this, we excavate the subsoil lying beneath the finished grade.

excavation

2- BASE

After the surface material and soil are removed, we move forward with introducing the base material and grade it to accommodate natural water runoff. During this phase, we use plate vibrators to compress the base material, thereby establishing a sturdy foundation for the pave stone field.

3- SAND

Once the base material is graded and compacted, we follow up by applying and leveling sharp normal-weight washed screening sand on top. This step prepares the compacted base for the installation of driveway, patio, or walkway pavers.

4- PAVERS

Initially, we set the pave stone field slightly beyond the borders. Following this, our installation crew marks the designated area, and both the border stone and field stone are meticulously cut to achieve the intended border detail. Then, we employ a diamond tip wet saw to make cuts, ensuring a perfect alignment of the field stones and border stones. Afterwards, we excavate the base and sand material within the border dimensions. Finally, for the required sub-grade concrete edge restraints, we prepare the border stones and the field stones adjacent to them.

5- BORDER STONES

First, we set the border stones that require sub-grade concrete edge restraints over a specially designed mixed concrete sub-grade footing. This design ensures the border stone's security and prevents any lateral movement of the pave stone field. After placing the border stones in the concrete sub-grade footing, our installation crews meticulously check for the correct alignment between the border stone and the fieldstone. In this crucial phase, the plate vibrator is employed over the installed field, thereby settling the pave stones into their precise positions effectively.

6- SAND IS SWEPT INTO THE JOINTS

The installation process culminates with the application and sweeping of dry sand over the completely installed field. Initially, we use the plate vibrator, the vibration from which helps the sand fill the joints between the pave stones, leading to a lateral expansion of the field. Subsequently, since the pave stone field is contained within natural and constructed edge restraints, the field cannot expand beyond these set boundaries. When finished, this process locks the system securely in place. Finally, we sweep away any excess sand, ensuring a neat and polished appearance.
